Brinda has been teaching therapeutic movement since 1999, working with professionals such as physical therapists and Pilates instructors. She has experience in both classroom and private settings and is passionate about movement, anatomy, and yoga. Holding an E-RYT, YACEP, and certifications in anatomy, physiology, and Kane Mat Pilates, she tailors her teaching to students’ needs, especially beginners. Her style blends Hatha, vinyasa, strengthening postures, therapeutic themes, restorative sequences, and occasional Pilates, creating a lighthearted and welcoming practice.

Throughout the sessions, you can expect a thoughtful blend of physical postures, breath work, and mindfulness techniques designed to enhance your practice. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, her expertise will guide you in deepening your understanding of yoga while helping you to connect with your body in a safe and supportive environment. Join us on Saturday’s (9:15-10:15 AM) to explore new depths in your practice and to cultivate a deeper appreciation for the transformative power of yoga.
