Brinda has been teaching therapeutic movement since 1999, working with professionals such as physical therapists and Pilates instructors. She has experience in both classroom and private settings and is passionate about movement, anatomy, and yoga. Holding an E-RYT, YACEP, and certifications in anatomy, physiology, and Kane Mat Pilates, she tailors her teaching to students’ needs, especially beginners. Her style blends Hatha, vinyasa, strengthening postures, therapeutic themes, restorative sequences, and occasional Pilates, creating a lighthearted and welcoming practice.
